Orders

Pricing and Payment

Delivery

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the order confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of the order confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. Please ensure that this address is correct.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If the items have already been dispatched to you, you must return them to us at your own expense. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods, but not the delivery charges.
