Refund Policy

At CinderMeadow, we take pride in the quality of the food we deliver. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every order they place through cindermeadow.sbs. Please read the following terms to understand how our refund policy works.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so without penalty within 5 minutes of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us at +39 06 4890 7495. If the order is cancelled after 5 minutes, we can no longer issue a full refund as the preparation of your meal may have already begun.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect, or you are not satisfied with the quality of the food, please contact us immediately at +39 06 4890 7495. We will require a description of what is wrong with the order, and in some cases, we may request photographic evidence. If your complaint is justified, we will offer a re-delivery of the item in question, or a refund to the original method of payment. Complaints should be made within 24 hours of the order delivery time.

Please note that slight variations in the food from the menu photos may occur, as all dishes are handmade. Such variations do not qualify for a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund amounts will be for the cost of the item(s) plus any applicable tax. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless it is determined that the error was on the part of CinderMeadow.

Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at +39 06 4890 7495.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders tailored to specific customer preferences or requests are non-refundable unless the product is incorrect or unsatisfactory due to an error by CinderMeadow.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of any products. If you have an issue with your order, please follow the steps outlined in the 'Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders' section.
