'CinderMeadow started with a humble vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Via San Martino, 17. Originating as a quaint, family-owned shop by the Romano lineage in 1985, our eatery began with time-honored recipes passed for generations.
Marco Romano, our pioneer, mastered the art of pizza in her Italian pilgrimages, being mentored by esteemed pizza artisans in Naples—pizza's homeland. After her return to the UK, she was inspired to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, adhering to classical techniques and top-grade ingredients.
Our journey from a mere 12-seat pizza parlor to a cherished local gem is a testament to our unwavering dedication to quality and genuine craftsmanship. We adhere to traditional wood-fired ovens, create our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'CinderMeadow' is still maintained within the family, with the Romano's second generation at the helm, fostering our zealous crew. While we have integrated certain contemporary advancements, at our core we remain steadfast in delivering delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
